I had a lovely stay at the resort, where the spacious accommodations made my family feel right at home. The staff were incredibly accommodating, always willing to help with any requests. Although the units showed some signs of age, they were clean and had everything we needed, including a well-equipped kitchen. We enjoyed the heated pool and hot tub after a day on the slopes. However, the mattress in our room could use an upgrade for more comfort during sleep.

I had a fantastic stay at Vail Run Resort! The amenities, like the heated pool and hot tub, are perfect for unwinding after a day on the slopes. The spacious condo made it easy for our family to settle in, and the shuttle service to Vail was incredibly convenient. However, the property does have an older look, and a couple of minor issues with the room did arise. Overall, I would highly recommend this resort for a family ski trip.
